Wedding Videography Gift Certificates
 

Forever Yours Media now offers Gift Certificates via Gift Registry. Gift Certificates will apply towards the bride and groom's videography/DVD upgrade package.

  • Simply include Forever Yours Media Gift Certificates on your wedding gift list and we will send a gift certificate to any guest that contributes $10 or more. (Make sure to include our website on your list or mention to a certain guest, so they can get to the on-line form).
     
  • As a bride, you may choose to be more selective and not mention them on your registry, but rather to only certain friends or family that you know live far away or are have asked about gift ideas.
     
  • Those that you know would love a video, would benefit greatly by this program as you will also receive a free "Thank You Video" (copy of your finished video) for every $40 spent by a single guest or guest couple. This video will be in the form of a VHS or DVD* (that they can specify when submitting their request on-line).
     
  • Including this video along with your thank you card, is the perfect way to acknowledge your appreciation of their wedding gift to you, while at the same time giving something back that can be enjoyed for years to come.
     
  • You may also apply any monetary gift from a guest toward your balance due. In this scenario, you will still receive a “thank you video” to send to the $40+ contributor.
     
  • Purchasing gift certificates can be paid by check or cash and  will apply towards the remaining balance due.

     
  • We will also track how much has been applied toward the balance so that the amount of gift certificates purchased never exceeds the balance due.

For courtesy to guest, names and amounts will not be publicized on the website. For the bride and groom, all names of contributors will be privately recorded along with the amount to assist in the tracking of your gifts received.

Gift Certificate Order Form (guest will receive their gift certificates within 48 hours of ordering or as soon as possible. However we will not activate until we receive payment. Payment can be made in person or through U.S. mail.)
